Yeah that's the point of a remake? Real fans want it to be mgs3 with modern game mechanics like shown. Why would you want it different unless you were playing on like a new game +? You're logic doesn't make sense too me

The problem I had with MGS5 was the open world, it's just too much hustle between boring outposts and empty corridors (Afghan) or fields (Africa) Proper enemy bases were so much fun, because of good gameplay mechanics and level layouts, but it's just not enough to make me replay that game again I find myself replaying Ground Zeroes more, lol MGS3 with slower MGS5 gameplay sounds amazing

@@spicydong317 true. I forgot which RUclipsr it was but they said such a great and perfect statement about Mgs5 when compared to the open world of GTA5. They said something along the lines this: "When you turn off GTA5, it feels like the open world is still going with or without you. When turn off Metal Gear solid 5, it feels like they all stop and wait for snake to log back on and do nothing."

I personally say the more unorthodox content of Peace Walker (the Monster Hunter fights, the date missions, the Cocoon fight, the Pooyan missions, etc) combined with the 2-4 player co-op make Peace Walker the more fun experience. Braking out of prison in co-op as well as fighting the final boss and fighting all the super bosses were always highlights for my friends and I. I respect your opinion, though, and I willing to acknowledge that MGSV has both the best controls as well as the best accessibility out of all the games! I hope to someday see Peace Walker and Portable Ops both come to modern consoles (as well as PO+) so that some of the best fights in the series have a chance to shine once more! Gene is still one of my favorite villains in the franchise and has one of my favorite themes, lol.

Fuckin loved the story, it was unfinished for me.

TPP and GZ were both built on the Fox Engine, which they retired around 2019 I think or something like that. Delta is made with Unreal Engine 5, but they probably recycled some of the motion capture from MGSV cus its cheaper.

UE5 is better than FOX. FOX is pretty overrated, plus most the developers have moved over to KJP as an independent studio anyway.

@@agentl3r it's cause they never updated fox, just left it to rot not to mention the original devs and coders for it left, konami just hired unreal devs cause it's cheaper then actually commiting to an inhouse engine

Its a Shame! MgsV could run perfectly with entry level Gpus like gtx750 ,gt1030 etc without even initializing 1gb of vram, Now with UE5 everyones gonna need an RTX to have a decent experience with almost the same result as 10 years ago :/ Budget pc gaming is officialy dead!

Snake having more capablities doesn't necessarily mean it will be any faster paced of a game. If anything, it very well also means the enemies could be a lot more capable, able to plan/react/coordinate better and pick up on things better than they were able to before. There's all of that, plus you have to consider how the survival elements will control the pace of the game, assuming they're bringing those back and maybe even building on them. If anything, this has potential to be more tactically involved than the initial version, Subsistence, and even MGS3D.

@@Spiderdoom-hg3iyi don’t think they was talking about how fast snake is moving but rather the features that was in mgsv. That game was packed with interesting mechanics that wasn’t present in older games.

​@khangvinh4656 imo, I don't think the sprint or quick dive will make it over, but the roll will most likely return in it's place.

id prefer that to be honest. i also hope they get of the skeletal system with spotting enemy , although i loved mgs5 i could do without that crap, i prefer the older games.@@AndysBrain

​@@Mad_Luv85 They will most likely remove that since there isn't Binoculars with iDroid tech in MGS3/D and return to the old spotting system for enemies where it's dependant on difficulty and the camo index %.
